The default delivery method for tickets purchased online at BroadwaySacramento.com is now digital tickets. It’s also an option for tickets purchased by phone or in person at the Broadway Sacramento Box Office. Digital ticket delivery is an easy, secure way to access your tickets and share them with those accompanying you to the theatre.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS
Digital tickets offer numerous benefits including quick and easy entry and less risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Through digital ticket delivery, we hope to improve how patrons receive and manage their tickets and help ensure the best Broadway Sacramento experience possible.
After selecting the Digital Tickets delivery method and completing your ticket purchase with Broadway Sacramento, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your tickets through our Mobile Ticket Wallet Website.
1. LOGIN TO THE MOBILE TICKET WALLET WEBSITE.
GO TO: TICKETS.BROADWAYSACRAMENTO.COM on your mobile device.
Enter the same email address used to purchase your tickets with Broadway Sacramento.
Enter the same password set up for your Broadway Sacramento account.
OR select REQUEST AN ACCESS CODE VIA EMAIL and you will be emailed a 6-digit code to enter in place of a password.
TIP: You can save this website to your home screen. All smart phones have a way to either “Add to Home Screen” or “Install and Create a Shortcut” which creates an icon on your Home Screen. CLICK HERE for instructions on how most phones can “Add to Home Screen.”
2. VIEW UPCOMING EVENTS
Once logged in, you’ll find your current Digital Tickets under “My Events.” This is the default view.
You can view past Digital Tickets events under “History”.
3. VIEW YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS
After tapping on a specific event ticket, you’ll see your digital tickets. To flip through tickets to view each seat location, tap the arrows or swipe right and left.
Tap “Ticket Details” for information you’d normally find on your ticket like order ID.
From here, you can share your tickets with your guests (some restrictions apply). Click here to see instructions on ticket sharing.
4. SCAN YOUR TICKETS AT THE VENUE
The scannable QR code for entrance will be active 2 hours prior to your performance start time on your mobile device. Although Digital Tickets can be viewable on any browser or device ahead of time, make sure you have access on the mobile device you are taking to the theatre.
A screenshot or print out of your ticket will not be valid will not be valid for entry because your QR code refreshes every 30 seconds. This new feature helps prevent fraudulent ticket sales.
