Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and Broadway Sacramento gift certificates are accepted by phone, in person and online. In person, you may also use cash, checks and Broadway Sacramento ticket redemption certificates.
Order by Phone
All phone orders will be charged a per ticket processing fee for Broadway At Music Circus orders. Tickets ordered by phone can be mailed to you or picked up at will call. The phone line is open Monday through 1PM – 5PM. Phone hours subject to change.

The Broadway Sacramento Box Office located at 1419 H Street, Sacramento, is now open for in-person transactions Monday through Friday from 12PM – 5PM.
Single-show tickets for Broadway At Music Circus are available online. All ticket orders placed online including links through and from this website are commercial transactions and will be subject to our ticketing policies, including a per-ticket processing fees (typically totaling from 15% to 18% of the purchase price). Purchase a Gift Certificate
Gift certificates are available online or by calling (916) 557-1999. Gift certificates may be used only for ticketed events produced by Broadway Sacramento. These include Broadway On Tour and Broadway At Music Circus tickets purchased through the Broadway Sacramento Box Office or through our Group Sales department. They may also be redeemed towards classes through our Education Department. They cannot be used for concessions or merchandise of any kind. Gift Certificates never expire and are non-refundable.
Group tickets are available by calling the Group Sales department at (916) 557-1198 or emailing [email protected]. Group ticket sales are not available at the Broadway Sacramento Box Office. The Group Sales department phones are open Monday through Friday, Noon – 5PM.
Tickets for Broadway At Music Circus productions have a $5.00 per ticket facility fee included in the ticket price.
Fees For Phone Orders
Phone orders for single-show Broadway At Music Circus tickets carry a $5.50 processing fee per ticket. Season ticket orders for Broadway At Music Circus carry a $2.00 per ticket processing fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Fees For Online Orders
Online ticket orders through BroadwaySacramento.com are subject to a per-ticket processing fee, which typically total from 15% to 18% of the purchase price. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Fees For In Person Orders
Single-show tickets purchased in person are not charged a processing fee. However, all season ticket packages, regardless of method of purchase before the subscription seating process has ended, are charged a $2.00 per ticket processing fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Children under four (including babes in arms) will not be admitted.
Policy For New Season Ticketholder
When placing an order for new season tickets, we will not be able to give you specific seat assignments as we do not know which of our current subscribers will or will not renew. Once their renewal deadline is past, we will begin processing all renewing subscribers’ requests for seating upgrades. When that is complete, we begin filling new season ticket holder requests by date priority of when they placed their paid request for new season tickets. Some sections and days are heavily subscribed, we will place you in the best seats available. Those requesting new season ticket packages may place their order by calling (916) 557-1999 or by coming in person to the Broadway Sacramento Box Office at 1419 H Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
Late Seating Policy
Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time. The length of the late seating hold varies by production and is set in consultation with the production artistic staff.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All tickets for Broadway At Music Circus productions are non-refundable. Tickets purchased through Group Sales cannot be exchanged or donated. Requests for ticket exchanges should be made at the Broadway Sacramento Box Office, (916) 557-1999. Any exchanges must be done with tickets in hand. Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, at least 48 hours before the date and time on the tickets. Any exception to this policy is subject to a $10.00 fee. Additionally, a $2.00 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price upgrade. Subscribers may donate their tickets up to 48 hours before the date and time on the tickets, as a tax-deductible membership contribution.
Ticket Availability and Pricing
For all Broadway At Music Circus shows, tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change. Tickets should be purchased early to lock in ticket prices and seats. All tickets are revocable licenses, and Broadway Sacramento reserves the right to invalidate tickets and suspend future sales for anyone caught or suspected of reselling those tickets for more than face value.
Student Rush tickets may be available in select sections for some evening performances only. Limit 2 tickets per student – must show current valid student ID. Student Rush tickets are $25. They are available starting 2 hours before curtain time, in person. Ticket availability is limited, while supplies last. Student Rush discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or offer, or on previously purchased tickets. Ticket prices subject to change.
For the comfort, safety and security of all patrons, Broadway Sacramento reserves the right to search all bags for security reasons.
No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed in the theatre. Patrons found in possession of weapons or other prohibited items will be asked to remove the items from the theater.
