The State of California protocols, last updated August 15, 2022, are outlined below for all patrons attending Broadway On Tour and Broadway At Music Circus performances and events.
CURRENT PROTOCOLS
- Mask and COVID-19 vaccination strongly recommended by the California Department of Public Health but no longer required.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
- If a performance is cancelled, tickets will be refunded or credited to the ticket purchaser’s account.
- Patrons unable to attend a performance because they have received a positive COVID-19 test result or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms can request a refund or account credit up to 6 hours prior to the performance start time.
- Refunds, exchanges or account credits for other COVID-19 related reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis as long as a request is made at least 72 hours prior to the performance start time.
Since COVID-19 safety protocols and policies can change at any time, please check our website before you depart for the theatre on the day of your performance to get the most current information.
