COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Broadway Sacramento’s Broadway On Tour reopened in September of 2021 under the mandated COVID-19 protocols prescribed by the State of California and touring Broadway industry. The State of California recently revised those mandated protocols, so our requirements have been updated as outlined below for all patrons attending Broadway On Tour performances and events.

BEGINNING APRIL 1, 2022

  • Mask and COVID-19 vaccination recommended by the California Department of Public Health but no longer required

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • If a performance is cancelled, tickets will be refunded or credited to the ticket purchaser’s account.
  • Patrons unable to attend a performance because they have received a positive COVID-19 test result or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms can request a refund or account credit up to 6 hours prior to the performance start time.
  • Refunds, exchanges or account credits for other COVID-19 related reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis as long as a request is made at least 72 hours prior to the performance start time.

Since COVID-19 safety requirements can change at any time, please check our website before you depart for the theatre on the day of your performance to get the most current information. You can also call the Broadway Sacramento Box Office at (916) 557-1999, open Monday – Friday from noon – 5PM.
