The Broadway Sacramento Box Office, located at 1419 H Street in Sacramento, is open noon – 5 PM Monday through Saturday, (916) 557-1999.
Also, the venue box office and phone lines are open starting 2 hours prior to all shows for immediate show assistance.

Location

The Broadway Sacramento Box Office, SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center Box Office and the SAFE Credit Union Convention and Performing Arts District Box Office serve Broadway On Tour for ticket sales.

The Broadway Sacramento Box Office, located at 1419 H Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, is the primary Box Office and sells season subscriptions and single-show tickets for Broadway On Tour. Phone: (916) 557-1999.

The SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center Box Office, attached to the theatre at 1301 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, sells only single-show tickets to Broadway On Tour. However, this box office is only open two hours prior to events and only allows for business or will call related to the current event. 

The SAFE Credit Union Convention and Performing Arts District Box Office sells a small allotment of single-show tickets to Broadway On Tour through Ticketmaster.com. The District Box Office (attached to the convention center on the K Street side) is also for all public, ticketed events held at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, Memorial Auditorium and Convention Center. Single-show tickets to Broadway On Tour shows can be ordered through the Broadway Sacramento Box Office by calling, Monday through Saturday from 12PM to 5PM. Phone orders subject to a ticket processing fee.

Phone lines are also open starting 2 hours prior to curtain, through 15 minutes into showtime for immediate show information and assistance only.

Single-show tickets to Broadway On Tour shows can be purchased at the Broadway Sacramento Box Office, Monday through Saturday from 12PM to 5PM.

The SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center Box Office is only open for performances, starting 2 hours prior to curtain thru 15 minutes past showtime, for will call and immediate show assistance.

All ticket orders placed online including links through and from this website are commercial transactions and will be subject to our ticketing policies, including a per-ticket processing fee (typically totaling from 15% to 18% of the purchase price). Digital Tickets via Mobile Ticket Wallet

Digital Ticket(s) are available for tickets purchased through the Broadway Sacramento Box Office or BroadwaySacramento.com when the Digital Ticket Delivery is chosen at time of purchase. The delivery method applies to all tickets in the order. You can then access the mobile-friendly version of your ticket(s) by logging onto tickets.broadwaysacramento.com with your same Broadway Sacramento account login and password. Also, a link to access your Mobile Ticket Wallet will be provided in an email receipt. Digital Ticket QR codes will become viewable starting two hours prior to your performance, and screenshots or printouts will not be valid. Your Mobile Ticket Wallet will allow for tickets to be shared with other patrons (restrictions may apply). If your guest does not have an account with Broadway Sacramento, they will be asked to create one when accepting tickets through their own Mobile Ticket Wallet. Tickets cannot be downloaded to Apple or Google Wallets. Group Tickets are not eligible for Digital Tickets delivery.

Standard Mail

For online ticket purchases, the default delivery method is Standard Mail. Tickets will be mailed within 7-10 business days after purchase. Tickets purchased less than 7 days before a performance will be held at will call.

Out of State Purchases

Tickets purchased by patrons with out of state addresses will be held at will call under the purchaser’s name and available for pickup with photo ID starting one hour prior to the show at the performance venue. Other delivery methods are not allowed.

Purchase a Gift Certificate

Gift certificates are available online or by calling (916) 557-1999. Gift certificates may be used only for ticketed events produced by Broadway Sacramento. These include Broadway On Tour and Broadway At Music Circus tickets purchased through the Broadway Sacramento Box Office or through our Group Sales department. They may also be redeemed towards classes through our Education Department. They cannot be used for concessions or merchandise of any kind. Gift Certificates never expire and are non-refundable.

Will Call / 3rd Party Will Call

Will Call opens beginning two hours prior to the performance, at the performance venue.  Will call customers may be asked to present valid photo I.D. or the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets or verify the purchasers name and address in order to have tickets released.

The Box Office will NOT accept 3rd party Will Call from ticket brokers or resellers.

The Box office will accept 3rd party/drop-off Will Call beginning 30 minutes prior to performance time on ticket. This service is provided for our patrons attending the event who have a member or members of their party running late.

Customers will be required to fill out a third-party will call envelope and include tickets. Customers who wish to leave tickets at Will Call do so at their own risk. The Box Office does not assume any responsibility for any illegible or unclaimed third-party Will Call tickets.

Group Tickets

Group tickets are available by calling the Group Sales department at (916) 557-1198 or emailing [email protected]. Group ticket sales are not available at the SAFE Credit Union Convention and Performing Arts District Box Office or Broadway Sacramento Box Offices. The Group Sales department is open Monday through Saturday, 12PM to 5PM.

Facility Fees

Tickets for Broadway On Tour productions at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center have a $4.00 per ticket facility fee included in the ticket price. Broadway Sacramento always includes the facility fee in the ticket prices published in our brochures and on our website.

Fees For Phone & Mail Order

Phone orders for single-show Broadway On Tour tickets carry a $5.50 per ticket fee. Phone or mail season ticket orders for Broadway On Tour (handled only through the Broadway Sacramento Box Office) carry a $2.50 per ticket fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Single-show tickets purchased through the SAFE Credit Union Convention and Performing Arts District Box Office/Ticketmaster.com have their own fee schedule.

Fees For In Person Orders

Single-show tickets purchased in person are not charged a processing fee. Season subscriptions, until tickets are able to be distributed are subject to a $2.50 per ticket processing fee. 

Children

Children under four (including babes in arms) will not be admitted.

Late Seating Policy

Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time.  The length of the late seating hold varies by production and is set in consultation with the production artistic staff.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

By purchasing tickets, you understand that everyone who enters the theatre will need to comply with the measures in place at the time of your performance. Broadway On Tour will be following the COVID-19 safety protocols prescribed by the State of California and touring Broadway industry.  Mask and COVID-19 vaccination strongly recommended by the California Department of Public Health but no longer required. Since COVID-19 safety protocols and policies can change at any time, please check our website before you depart for the theatre on the day of your performance to get the most current information.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR BROADWAY ON TOUR SHOWS

All tickets for Broadway On Tour productions are non-refundable. Tickets purchased through Group Sales cannot be exchanged or donated. 

Requests for ticket exchanges must be made with the Broadway Sacramento Box Office, either in person or by calling (916) 557-1999 with tickets in hand. Tickets cannot be exchanged by email. Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance date of the same show title and at least 48 hours before your ticketed performance. Any exception to the 48-hour exchange policy is subject to a $10.00 fee.  Additionally, a $2.00 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price increase. Some exchange restrictions may apply as certain tours may limit exchanges. Ticketholders may also request to donate their tickets (face value of the ticket) up to 48 hours before the date and time on the tickets, as a tax-deductible contribution. All policies are subject to change without notice.

Ticket Availability and Pricing

For all Broadway On Tour shows, tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.  Tickets should be purchased early to lock in ticket prices and seats. 

Ticket Resales

Tickets are revocable licenses, and Broadway Sacramento reserves the right to invalidate tickets and suspend future sales for anyone caught or suspected of reselling those tickets for more than face value.

Bag Searches

For the comfort, safety and security of all patrons, Broadway Sacramento reserves the right to search all bags for security reasons.

Weapons

No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed in the theater.  Patrons found in possession of weapons or other prohibited items will be asked to remove the items from the theater.
