Job Title: Reporting & Analytics Assistant

Classification: Full Time – Non-Exempt

Reports to: Director of Ticketing & Analytics 

Hourly Range: $25 – $28 per hour

Job Summary

The Reporting and Analytics Associate will support all aspects of ticketing operations and analytics. This role reports directly to the Director of Ticketing & Analytics, but also works closely with the box office staff, marketing, development, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Work closely with the Director of Ticketing & Analytics to assist with the current reporting, processes and workflows
  • Build and maintain reports using Excel 
  • Produce daily and cumulative sales reports 
  • Assist with integrating data from Tessitura and Ticketmaster 
  • Analyze sales trends and support recommendations to leadership 
  • Assist in delivering daily reporting to touring companies 
  • Support internal reporting needs across departments 

Ticketing Systems

  • Support management of Tessitura platform 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources 

Box Office Operations

  • Assist in daily box office operations with ticket sales, exchanges, refunds and cancellations
  • Troubleshoot ticketing issues and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support all aspects of ticket sales for up to 20 weeks of programming per year

Qualifications & Job Specifications

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and strong knowledge of formulas required) 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
  • Ability and desire to learn complex systems and processes 
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Tessitura preferred) 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Leadership potential and interest in long-term growth 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
