The Wednesday, January 4th 7:30 p.m. performance was cancelled due to extreme weather and the declared State of Emergency. If you were a ticket-holder of that performance and purchased through Broadway Sacramento, then please email the box offfice at [email protected] to request a form that allows you to choose between an exchange into the Wednesday, January 11th 1:30 p.m. performance or a refund. If you have not made a choice by Monday, January 9th at 10 a.m., and purchased through Broadway Sacramento, you will be issued an automatic refund that will show up in 7-10 days. For Disney’s FROZEN, all persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
