AUDIENCE PROTOCOLS

HELP CREATE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL!

Broadway Sacramento is committed to providing its patrons with an unparalleled experience. Please help us in that effort by following these audience protocols:

RESPECT THEATRE STAFF.

Please respect and cooperate with the ushers and other theatre staff. They are there to keep an orderly environment and help ensure that all patrons have a great time at the performance.

PLEASE POWER OFF AND STORE YOUR CELL PHONE.

Any phone ring, audio notification or vibration, as well as any light emission from a smartphone screen, is highly distracting to both the performers and your surrounding patrons.

NO PHOTOS, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDING.

Union regulations and copyright law strictly prohibit photography or recording during the performance. Security will escort out any patron caught doing so.

NO TALKING OR SINGING.

While laughter and applause are highly encouraged, please refrain from any other noise making during the performance including conversing with your neighboring patrons or singing along with the performers.

REMAIN SEATED.

Please take the opportunity to use the restroom and purchase your concessions before the show or during intermission. Any exit from your seat during the performance not only disturbs those around you, but may also be subject to a late seating hold from the ushers.

We also value your feedback: Please let us know how we may make your future theatre going experiences better by notifying the House Manager or emailing us at [email protected].

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE AND ENJOY THE SHOW!
