We understand and apologize that the donor benefits we’ve offered in the past (dress rehearsals, cast parties, Donor Courtyard and Lounge, Playbill listings) are impossible to fulfill during this pandemic, so we’ve developed some virtual benefits we hope you might be interested in until we can meet again. Please take a look and let us know if you’re interested in signing up for the following:

Virtual Donor Lounge*

Since we can’t visit with you in the *real* Donor Lounge over a glass of lemonade yet, our Virtual Donor Lounge gatherings offer an interactive Zoom meeting opportunity to talk live with Richard Lewis, Broadway Sacramento’s President & CEO, and Karen McClaflin, Director of Development.  We’ll discuss what’s going on these days, what we might expect in the coming months, get an update on the new SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, and celebrate our upcoming 2021 Broadway On Tour shows, starting with HAMILTON!

Our spring dates are:

• Saturday, March 20 @ 2pm
• Thursday, April 22 @ 2pm
• Saturday, May 22 @ 2pm

Broadway Sacramento Book Club*

One activity that the pandemic hasn’t interrupted? Reading. If you’re looking to join a book club, look no further! Introducing: the Broadway Sacramento Book Club – bringing passionate theatregoers together to discuss inspiring musicals!

Our February libretto was SUNSET BOULEVARD, and our March selection is SHE LOVES ME.

When you sign up to join the club, we will send you an electronic version of the musical libretto of the month, along with the soundtrack, give you a minimum of 3 weeks to enjoy reading through it, then gather together virtually to discuss things like:

• What was most interesting to you?
• Did you discover details you may have missed when seeing the musical live?
